Where can I find my Outlook .pst files?

By default, your Outlook data file (.pst) is stored here:

C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
File names are Outlook.pst & Archive.pst

To search for it, you can click Stat / Search / and search for *.pst.

You can also findi it within outook Outlook 2003 and 2007 under the Tools menu / Options / Mail Setup, and click the Data Files button.

You can also search in the Remote Data Backups program by:

1. Clicking the Backup View or Retrieve tab, then waiting for the drive to scan;
2. Clicking the magnifying glass icon in the top right.
3. Entering *.pst and clicking Find Next.
