My backups are not happening at the time I want them to - what could be wrong?

If your backups are running every night but not starting when you think they should be, check the following settings:

1. Open the Remote Data Backups software.
2. Click the “Options” menu (top left)
3. Select “Backup Schedule…”
4. The backup will start at a random time between the times selected. Be sure that the “From” time and "To" time are close together and that both are set to PM (or both are AM if you prefer)
5. There needs to be a minimum of a 15 minute window here, the bigger the window of time, the more random your start time will be.
