How do I find my Remote Data Backups account number and encryption key?

We recommend that you create two copies of your backup account Encryption Key, and take one copy offsite in case of a fire.
Both should be stored in a secure location.

Steps to print a copy of your encryption key and your other account data:

1. Open your Remote Data Backups software (>Start >Programs (or All Programs) >Remote Data Backups >Remote Data Backups.)
2. Once Remote Data Backups is open, click on the “Options” Menu,
3. Select “Security…”
4. And then click: “View Encryption Key”.
5. Click the “Print” button.
