We recommend that you create two copies of your backup account Encryption Key, and take one copy offsite in case of a fire. Both should be stored in a secure location. Steps to print a copy of your encryption key and your other account data: - Open your Remote Data Backups software (>Start >Programs (or All Programs) >Remote Data Backups >Remote Data Backups.)
- Once Remote Data Backups is open, click on the “Options” Menu,
- Select “Security…”
- And then click: “View Encryption Key”.
- Click the “Print” button.
