I am a Dwyer Group franchisee. Which Zware files should I back up and where are they located?

Zware data is stored on the Server or Main computer.

From the Server the path is as follows:

• C:\Dwyergroup\Zware\Data

If you are backing up from a Workstation, use the mapped drive path to the Server.

Zware creates two Access database files you need to back up (replace the Concept Name with yours, no spaces):

• “Concept”MPGBE.mdb (ex: GlassDoctorMPGBE.mdb)
• “Concept”ZBE.mdb (ex. GlassDoctorZBE.mdb)
