    - From a Shared Account, click 'Explore another account's files' in the Retrieve view (non-Vista or Enterprise)

    - Visit the RDB website and log in using my account number / email address and encryption phrase or password

    - You will get an email, by default after 10 days (or change it by clicking "For Account Information" link on software home screen)

    - You may get a call from our tech support staff
  27. Can I back up open files (SQL Server, Exchange, etc.)?
    - Yes, by using a snapshot utility (such as ESBackup) to make a backup file
  28. How do I reinstall my account?
    - Visit the RDB website, download the software, select 'Re-establish existing account', enter my account number and encryption phrase
  29. What is the largest file the standard RDB software can back up?
    - 3.5 GB; Vista (which runs on any non-sever OS) & Enterprise versions (any server OS) have no file size limit
  30. Which service should I allow my firewall to access the Internet for automatic backups to run?
    - Agent Service Module or AgentSRV.exe
