Firewall Instructions
Unable to connect to our data centers? Your firewall is
likely blocking it. Configure your firewall to allow AgentService.exe to
always connect.

You can usually see your Firewall icon in your System Tray at the bottom right of your screen, left of your clock. Roll your mouse over an icon see what program it is, and click the icon to open it.
Note: To determine whether it is your firewall blocking the connection, you can also temporarily disable your firewall, then try to run a backup. If you re-enable your firewall during the backup, it may prompt a popup from your Firwall where you can "Always Allow".
